Optsuite provides temporary virtual phone numbers for SMS verification, airtime and data top-ups, cable TV and electricity bill payments, and gift card purchases. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, username, phone number, and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Transaction records — wallet deposits, purchases, order history, and balances needed to operate your account.
• Technical data — IP address, device type, and login activity, used for security and fraud prevention.
• SMS verification messages — one-time codes received on virtual numbers you purchase are stored temporarily so we can deliver them to you.
• Support conversations — messages you send us through live chat or our support channels.

• To process wallet funding and payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

3. Payments

Wallet funding is handled by licensed third-party payment processors. Card and bank details are collected and processed by those providers on their own systems — we do not store your card numbers or bank credentials. We keep only transaction references and amounts needed to credit your wallet.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver the Service we share the minimum necessary data with service partners, including virtual number providers (to allocate numbers), bill payment aggregators (to process airtime, data, cable, and electricity orders), gift card suppliers (to fulfil gift card orders), live chat tooling (to provide support), and Google (if you choose to sign in with Google). Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Virtual Numbers and SMS Content

Virtual numbers are temporary and shared infrastructure. SMS messages received on them are used solely to show you your verification codes and are not used for any other purpose. Do not use virtual numbers for accounts you intend to keep long-term, for emergency services, or for receiving sensitive personal communications.

6. Data Security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.

7. Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention. SMS verification messages are short-lived and removed as part of routine housekeeping.

8. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You can review and update your profile information from within the app or website. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by contacting support via our support channel. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
